If the product
you've received is the incorrect item, defective, or damaged, call Trek
Industries Inc. IMMEDIATELY. Do no attempt to install the cover if any of
the following circumstances exist: damaged or defective cover, incorrect
cover, missing parts . Any attempt to install a cover
under these circumstances could cause irreversible damage. Instead,
call 1-800-890-8544 and let us know the nature of your problem.
DEFECTS:
You must call and notify us of the
problem within 5 days of receiving the product. A return shipping label or
call tag will be mailed to you. You must have the package ready to be
picked up by the Shipper. Once that product is returned to our warehouse
for inspection, a new product will be shipped out to you.
DAMAGED IN SHIPPING:
You must call and notify us within 2 days of receiving the product. A
freight claim will be issued with the shipping company and a replacement
will be shipped out to you as soon as possible. You must keep the damaged
item with the original packaging material.
INCORRECT PRODUCT:
1. If Trek
Industries Inc. shipped the incorrect part, we will arrange for return
shipping of the wrong item. It is your responsibility to
ensure that
the product is available for pick up. We will not issue a second call tag.
After we receive your item we will ship you the correct item.

If the product is incorrect due to improper or incorrect information
provided
by the buyer, Trek
Industries Inc. will charge a 20% restocking fee plus shipping.
If you have been
shipped a product with which you are
unsatisfied:
The product MUST BE IN
RE-SELLABLE
CONDITION. Trek
Industries Inc. will Exchange or Refund the product only up to 5 days of
receiving it minus return shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee.
Special orders, such as custom color covers, cannot be returned due to
dissatisfaction.
IF YOU REFUSE A SHIPMENT
BECAUSE YOU NO LONGER WANT THE ORDERED ITEM: you will be responsible
for return shipping and a 20% restocking fee.
THERE ARE NO
RETURNS ON INSTALLED OR USED PRODUCTS due to dissatisfaction. No
exceptions will be made.
FOR REFUNDS:
Call to let us know you will be returning the item. All returns without
notice to us will be refused. Shipping charges both ways are the
responsibility of the customer. All returned items will be subject to a
20% restocking fee. |
